- Orders from the Gulf countries: Shipping terms and conditions for the Gulf countries apply. Please note that there are no refunds after payment is completed.
- Important Notice: For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be imposed by the receiving country's customs authorities, which the customer is responsible for upon receipt. The customs fees are determined by the customer, and failure to pay them may result in the immediate destruction of the order, in which case the amount will not be refunded.
- Disclaimer: We ask our valued customers to inspect their order immediately upon receipt, photograph any errors or damage, and contact customer service within 7 days of receipt . After this period, no claims will be considered.
- All Regrow products are made from the finest natural ingredients and plant extracts specifically designed for hair care, making them sensitive to external factors. Therefore, we emphasize the importance of storing each product in the proper manner indicated on the packaging to maintain its effectiveness and quality.
- Cancellation and Refund PolicyIf the order status is (Under Review) , the customer can cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- If a shipping policy has been issued, even if the order has not yet been shipped, the order can be cancelled and the amount refunded after deducting the shipping policy issuance fee.
- Orders processing and shipping time is up to two weeks .
